Sarah’s Doo-Wop Do’s is very excited to be running the vintage hair parlour for the fantastic 1940s weekender ‘Wimpole at War’ on September 22nd & 23rd, 2012.
We’ll be offering a full list of vintage hair styling and make-up, with victory rolls starting from just £5 and will be located in the farmyard of Home Farm, not far from the modern camping site and appointments can either be pre-booked on 07532444394 or by emailing here. The parlour on site will be open 10am – 5pm, however if you are a re-enactor and need an earlier appointment please contact me as an earlier time can be arranged.
We’ll also be doing public vintage hair demo’s at 11:30am & 3pm, showing how to create victory rolls and also talking about the story behind war time hair styles. Plus we’ll have a fantastic selection of snoods and accessories as well as gorgeous Lil Mischief hair flowers & hats for sale.
